At Tulsa Candle Co., we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Returns/Damages/Exchanges

We take pride in our work and want to provide only the very best. All of our products are carefully inspected before they are packed and shipped to you. We will happily replace or refund products damaged during shipment if a photo of damage is submitted within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@tulsacandlecompany.com for further details. All sales are final. We do not accept scent exchanges or returns unless.

Resale

Unless purchased through a Wholesale or Custom Client contract, our products are not available for resale. Products may not be purchased with intent of removing identification labels including product or warning labels, or modified in any other way to then be resold by an individual outside of Tulsa Candle Company LLC.
