We take pride in our work and want to provide only the very best. All of our products are carefully inspected before they are packed and shipped to you. We will happily replace or refund products damaged during shipment if a photo of damage is submitted within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us at for further details.

If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may also exchange it for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
